Lately we have been talking a lot about the black and white trend and we are encouraging all of our clients to embrace this easy to wear look. But that doesn’t mean that there aren’t other hot options to try as well. A close relative to the black and white trend but more fresh for spring and summer is the little white dress trend. And no, you do not need to wait until Memorial Day to wear it. That was so yesteryear. It’s 2014, and little white dresses were seen all over the spring catwalks and they have come straight from the runways to the racks! There are so many styles out there to choose; from fit and flares to body hugging knits, to maxis and halter versions. We are also loving the ones with a tea length hemline which is so classy and chic. And the best thing about the little white dress is that you can get creative with the accessories. Acting as a blank canvas, the LWD is a great backdrop for pops of colorful accessories like turquoise, coral and pink.  And don’t use the “I don’t have a tan excuse” to shy away from trying this trend. Apply a little self-tanner and go for it!
